How it works...


Custom orders are my forte, so please get in touch with any ideas big or small, from initial colour palettes through to full mood boards if you’re a pro, I can work with anything as a starting point to help you create your own personalised, unique Bespoke products.

I understand that planning a wedding or event can be overwhelming at times and we want to make this process as easy (and enjoyable!) for you as possible.

LET’S HAVE A CHAT

Once I receive a brief from you, I will get to work on mood boards to give you a real flavour for what we can achieve.
I am based in Leeds, so if possible we can meet over a coffee to go through your ideas - whether you know exactly what you want or you need some inspiration, I am here to deliver your perfect Stationery Suite or Party Pack.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once we’re agreed on what you want, I will make sure everything is exactly how you want it before I start creating the finished pieces.

If you're happy to proceed it's time to decide quantities and the type of Invitation Suite you require. I have created a Guest List Planner & a Stationery Planner to help you create the guest list and easily work out quantities for the Invitations.

TIPS:
- If you're thinking of ordering custom colours it can be a good idea to order a sample of my colour chart, as some colours can often look a little different in person than on screen, and can vary from computer to computer.
- Please order spares as a small amount of extras at a later date will incur a Surcharge for the Printers...

I then create an invoice and secure your date in our diary.
For all Bespoke orders I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the point of ordering and the remaining balance before we dispatch the finished order. By paying the 50% non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions - you will receive a copy of these with your invoice.


THE FUN STUFF

Once we have the deposit and date confirmed, its time for the fun stuff to commence! We can start with the mood boards and create your finished designs. Finishing touches such as trims and print qualities will be decided at this stage.

PROOFS & PRINTING

When the designs are complete I will email you digital Proofs, at this point you can let me know of any amendments. I highly recommend you get a couple of eyes to proof read any text, because once I send to print Orenä Stationery cannot be held accountable for any mistakes.


Once you're happy with all your finished designs, an 'Artwork Approval' form will be emailed to you with final print-ready proofs. By signing the Approval form you are agreeing for the printing process to begin. At this point, once printing proceeds, no further changes can be made.

I will advise you of a final completion date at this stage - it really does depend on quantities ordered and the amount of detailing involved. Every order is different!


ALL READY FOR DELIVERY!

When your Invitation Suite is complete, I will prepare it to be collected or delivered in a personalised Orenä Keep-Box, to keep your invitations safe and organised.
